Before you choose

What do credits pay for?

Preview your image before paying. One Starter credit removes the watermark and unlocks that file in SVG, PDF and EPS; repeated downloads are free until expiry. Unlimited includes these downloads without using your saved credits. Free signup or reward credits alone do not unlock downloads.

How do monthly and yearly plans differ?

Each card shows the full price and credit allowance for its billing period. A yearly allowance is shown per year, not per month.

How do Starter offers work?

The card shows the current allowance and any limited-time offer. Your first paid period receives the allowance saved when checkout opens. Future renewals use the offer active when payment succeeds, or the then-current standard allowance. Yearly plans grant the full annual allowance together. Credits already granted are unchanged; existing subscriptions with fixed allowances keep their original terms.

How do I pay or cancel renewal?

Choose a plan to continue directly to Stripe’s secure checkout. You can return without paying and choose another plan. Manage your subscription and cancel renewal from Plan & credits; access continues through the current paid period.

Do credits expire?

Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over. Yearly credits are granted together. Previously purchased credit packs remain valid; new packs are no longer sold.

What if processing fails?

Previews do not spend credits. An uncertain job needs review before retrying. Check the preview before unlocking; contact support if you need help with a result.

How long can I download my result?

Preview retention defaults to 24 hours; paid plans provide longer availability. Unlocking with Starter gives at least 7 days of access; Unlimited gives 30 days. My files shows the actual expiry. Existing paid jobs and purchases keep their benefits.

Is Unlimited really unlimited?

Yes, for normal interactive use by one person on the website. There is no monthly image quota. Two jobs run at once; up to 50 outstanding jobs may queue. Automation, API use and account sharing are not included. Early-access enrollment may close for new customers without removing existing paid access.

Which formats can I download?

SVG, PDF and EPS. SVG preserves the original engine output; EPS may flatten transparency or effects for compatibility. DXF is not offered.
